Ground rules require guests to treat your space with respect, follow House Rules, communicate promptly if issues arise and leave your home in a state that doesn’t require excessive cleaning.
Guest Identity verification
All guests have their identity verified using personal information such as their legal name, address, phone number, and other contact details including government ID and / or a selfie. This gives our hosts peace of mind that Laneway know each and every guest.
